Do you have a plumber available for emergencies?
Yes – We have a plumber rostered on after hours....... so when we say you can ring us anytime for emergencies – we mean it!

What areas do you cover?
Anywhere from Coolum to Gympie and inland to Nambour

How long have you been doing plumbing around the Noosa area?
Since 1980 and have lived in the area since 1969.

Does you company have the appropriate Insurances?
Yes we are fully covered.

Are you licensed?
Yes all of our tradesmen are qualified, OH&S compliant and police checked.

Do you offer any type of warranty?
Yes we offer warranty on all labour, we endeavour to do the job right the first time, and individual products come with specific manufacturer’s warranties.

Can I supply my own taps and toilets?
Yes We will install any tap ware and PC items supplied, provided they have been purchased from a reputable Plumbing or Building supplier and are WELS rated. (Water Efficient Labeling and Standards).

Do you give free quotes?
Yes we do on larger jobs like renovations, new homes, treatment plants etc Servicing taps, leaking toilets and smaller jobs are done at our normal hourly rate.

Do I need to plumbing permit for any plumbing and Drainage work?
No. If you are changing like for like. Eg just pulling out the old toilet and putting a new on in the same place.
Yes. If you are changing things by adding fixtures or relocating them. It is better to put an application in to your local Council that way you have the peace of mind that should you sell there will not be a holdup in the sale by trying to comply later and possibly losing the sale.
